WSFS Constitution
The name of this organization shall be the World Science Fiction Society, hereinafter referred to as WSFS or the Society.WSFS is an unincorporated literary society whose functions are:(1) To choose the recipients of the annual Hugo Awards (Science Fiction Achievement Awards).(2) To choose the locations and Committees for the annual World Science Fiction Conventions (hereinafter referred to as Worldcons).(3) To attend those Worldcons.(4) To choose the locations and Committees for the occasion
