A few additional notes about this Worldcon.

There is a short article about volunteering.  As with other Worldcons, we are depending on our volunteers to help run the convention.  If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at volunteer@chengduworldcon.com

We are also looking for people interested in being on the program at the Worldcon.  If you are interested, please email us at program@chengduworldcon.com Our program group will follow up with you.  While letting us know you’re interested is no guarantee that you will be on the program, in general, the process for getting on the program starts with letting us know that you’re interested.

Finally, we recognize that it is possible that some people’s information got lost between DisCon and now.  This information should be going to everyone who is a member of this Worldcon.  We will be publicizing the information on our social media accounts, but, if you know of anyone who believes they should be a member, and doesn’t receive this information, please let them know to contact us at membership@chengduworldcon.com and we will try to resolve the problem.
