The "Three Major Plans" for the 2023 Chengdu Worldcon will be announced one after another by the organizing committee of the Worldcon. The "Three Major Plans" are composed of the "The Stars and the Sea" co-creation plan, the "One Hundredth Light-second" plan, and the "Galaxy Echoes"  promotion plan, inviting fans to create, prepare, and share the global feast of science fiction.

Today,  "The Stars and the Sea" co-creation proposal is released, encouraging fans to co-create for the Worldcon by registering with panels, parties, and fantables. You are welcome to join the 2023 Chengdu Worldcon to show your sci-fi  inspiration, share your thoughts on science fiction, and express your views on science fiction.

If your plan for a panel, themed party, or fantable is selected by the organizing committee, you will have the opportunity to become a member of the "The Stars and the Sea" co-creation plan. Lucky members can not only share your wisdom with fans around the world through panels, parties, and other activities, but also get the benefits provided by the organizing committee, such aswalk-in reservation channel for the Worldcon opening ceremony and Hugo Awards ceremony, a memorial certificate of the plan, 2023 Chengdu Worldcon mascot doll and commemorative badge, and other derivative gifts. In addition, your name, the activity you initiated will also have the chance to be compiled into the Worldcon publications and be recorded on the signature wall.
