Chengdu Worldcon will be hosting a live Q&A with the Seattle in 2025 Worldcon Bid this Saturday, August 26, at 9am Pacific Time (US and Canada). The session is scheduled to last 60 minutes.

There will be a short presentation by the Bid, followed by time for Q&A. The moderator will be Helen Montgomery, the Site Selection Administrator. To register（https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZcldu6prD0jGN0MUNbSBCR_00Ps81TlrCMR) the meeting to attend live.

You will have the opportunity to submit questions when you register, as well as in the live chat during the Zoom. You can also send your questions directly to the moderator - siteselection2025@gmail.com - if you cannot attend live or think of a question after registering.

After you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the link for joining the meeting.

If you are unable to attend live, we will be recording the Zoom and making it available for viewing afterwards (more details on that in a later email when we finish putting it up and have links).
